Ah, summer

104

The US medaled 104 times in the London 2012 Summer Olympics and brought home 46 gold medals. I love the Olympics, probably because I love hearing the Star Spangled Banner so much!

Trail run

Today, my dad, sister Eliza, lovely wife Stacy, and I all ran in the River Bound Trail Run at the US National Whitewater Center in Charlotte. It was my first competitive trail run (a 5k) and it was awesome.
